Performance review: analyst objectives
ECM analyst here and my bank has an awful end of year review process. I’m not sure how others have it but mine has a very lengthy and stupid form we need to fill out.
We need to list 5 objectives we achieved in the previous year and 5 goals for next year and for each one write a paragraph on how you feel you’re performing on each objective I.e below expectations, on track or completed it.
so far I’ve put really basic ones ‘learn the process of a transaction from start to finish’ , ‘develop client exposure’ etc.
I really have no idea what else I can put and would appreciate any advice and ideas for possible objectives / goals. Thanks.
