I finished UBS' on-demand sonru video interview almost 40 days ago. I just received an email asking me to fill the above-named form.
Is this to be interpreted as meaning I am being considered for the next stage in the application?
I'm enrolled in a non-target and so I've gotten used to receiving rejection emails because of that.

The email said I would be "contacted by a member of the junior talent team after filling the form". I'll keep my fingers crossed.
