Odd question for all the bankers/PE/HF’ers out there but how many hours a day do you guys use your phone? For the ones who aren’t checking every 2 minutes, how do you do it?

My phone's pretty much always on. If i'm not talking to someone or using my computer, then I'm on my phone. What else is there to do while at the desk?
Excuse the potentially dumb question, but is it okay to just be on your phone doing whatever if you have nothing else going on?
