Does anyone have any info on Piper Sandler's Foundations Associate Rotational Program? Based on the job posting, it seems like this might be the first year of it and it might only be in Houston. I'll post the linkedin job posting below, but it says it takes people of all backgrounds with 2-7 yoe and basically trains them to be an investment banking through a year of rotations.
I'm currently applying to MBA programs to transition into IB, but this is very interesting if this could potentially be a route to get into IB without taking 2 years off for an MBA.
