Piper Sandler Pay Progression?

Hi all - I am in the midst of associate recruiting and there is decent compensation data for 2020 /2021 on most banks, but I am having a difficult time finding base/bonus info for PS. Specifically curious on if non-NYC PS offices pay similarly to BB NYC... If anyone has info and can help out, would greatly appreciate it!

I put what I have been able to find below. Please correct me if I am wrong
