Any Idea or experiences can you share for a good pitch book or web site where there are examples of it. I am trying to create one.... I just need tips and I would realy appreciate it... for all the constructive feedback and comments

I tried looking for one too, it's impossible to really find one, I was fortunate to get one to go through my department, and then I made one for my finance club based on that. Only thing that becomes a question is what kind of a pitch book are you looking for?

The reason I am looking for a pitch book is because I am about to Join a Bank. This bank does not have any IB training like the other BB Banks. Beleive it or not, I am trying to mkae my own training package so I am prepared for the Job.. which I know I wont be but I am trying...
I am trying to gather all sort of Financaial modes and cases and take my self.. since I have no IB expereince.
Pitch Book:
I am looking for presentation. A pitch book for th Buy sid, M&A .. I am trying to see how Banks try to potray their message to the Client. Te Valuations they put in the pitch book. The resoning.. The Branding.. The research... Atleast when I make one in future. I would know.. the expectations from my firm...
Any input please...
Buy side M&A pitch book? Good luck finding one when 90+% of all M&A deals are sell-side transactions..

I looked it over, it's not bad, format is ugly as shit, but w/e info is what it's trying to get across.. only thing that really throws this book really of is that the recommendation really isn't specific, assuming they want to give one, you can't say you should pay pps of low end 34, high end 66$!
