Was in your shoes 5 years ago at Pitt. Most people who want into IB have to network as much as they can as no on campus recruiting takes place. Look at the internship at stone pier capital. Take valuation as an elective and try and show your interest in the markets. If you need any tips DM me.

In my experience there there's not much as far as OCR but anything is possible if you keep your GPA high and network. I've known of people working at PNC, KeyBanc Capital Markets, etc type banks and also I knew of a few people working at McKinsey from Pitt after graduation (although those people were like the 4.0 and checking every extracurricular leadership box imaginable types). As far as reputation, I'm sure it's on the same level as any other school not in the typical recruiting pipeline.
