PJT vs. PWP vs. EVR (M&A groups)

Hi everyone,

The title says it all pretty much. I'm currently in the recruiting process and wanted to get feedback on how these groups compare particularly in terms of exit opps and culture. Any help is greatly appreciated!

Recruited with all 3 firms got offers for 2

Id take Evercore > PJT > PWP

Evercore/PJT is def a toss up and PJT has been doing some big deals and does pay slightly better bonus (although marginal imo) work life balance def better ar Evercore.

Also has been a while longer so you know their track record for their analysts compared to PJT (albeit very stellar also)

Cant go wrong with PWP also, would be a shoe in for HBS if you stay long enough but exit opps def not as strong
