Placement???

So... I'm a little confused. I am planning on majoring in business at UVA, and was looking at the school rankings. According to US News, it ranks #8, along with Bloomington and UNC. However, the next website I clicked on, Niche, ranks it #31, after Emory and Babson, which I'm a little skeptical about. However, College Consensus doesn't even rank it, but UW's Foster and Penn State appear. A good friend of mine currently doing business right now says that oftentimes these websites rank business schools based on academia instead of job placement, which is why Berkely's Haas ranks so high. Is that true, and is someone willing to make me a ranking of undergrad business programs based on placement? Thanks!

Mostly as a point to my parents. I applied to two schools. UVA and UW. I'm trying to get them to see UVA as better, and they care deeply about rankings.
