Please Help! Interview Upcoming! Discussing Low GPA in Interview

Hello All,

I'm currently a rising junior at a semi-target. I have a couple phone screens upcoming and I'm told by my connections there I'll need to discuss my GPA. I have a around 3.2-3.3. I have no trends. Basically just hovered around it. I have very interesting, but largely unrelated, internship experience. So besides my GPA, I'd say my resume is strong. Basically wondering how I approach this question without getting counted out. What do I focus on in my answer?

Any ideas would be greatly appreciated. If I end up using your answer (in comments or PMS) I'll toss you some cash. So there's a little extra incentive.

Thank you in advance.

Thanks for the response LBhoes (lol). My GPA was low because I wasn't sufficiently motivated and I prioritized my social life when at school. In my internships, with less college life to draw me in, I've been locked in and outworked kids with 4.0 GPAs.
