Please Help me with my Resumé
Hey guys, I'm trying to fix this resumé up before I start submitting it for internships and informational interviews. I'd appreciate any and all feedback; I haven't really had anyone look it over yet so I've been on my own. The more comments the better, even if they're brutal.
Thank you for your time and feedback!

Where's the resume?

Not sure how I feel about the comments such as "saved associates 3 hours". I think it goes without saying that since you're doing the work, you're saving them time. I would delete these and fill the space with other tasks. Otherwise the rest of this is pretty solid.
This last edit is really nit picky and might just be the way my computer is viewing the file. For "Awards, Skills & Interests" all capitalized letter within the whole document are slightly larger. The A in Awards appears to be the same size as the rest of the word.
Thank you for the feedback man! I'll have to rewrite the value added parts where I spoke about saving hours and put in more info.
Yeah, half of the resumé guides at my school show the first letter larger than the others; I think it's there to look cleaner or more natural or something. I've been deciding between the 2 and I've seen everyone on here have all of them capitalized, so I'll have to change it to being all capital letters
No problem. I think having them larger is fine. I'm saying that the A in Awards isn't larger, but maybe my computer is just distorting how it's viewed.
Would recommend you look at example resume template from WSO and M&I in terms of rewriting the bullets points you listed for your work experience.
The Work Experience Bullet Points come off as a bit informal at times, such as the "Save them 2+ hours per presentation" and "Saved associates 3 hours". Those are points that are implied and can be spoken to in an interview.
You're definitely right; when I was looking at these, I was wracking my brain trying to find the best ways to express value added with everything. I'm trying to state what I did as well as the value added from my actions, but it's all a little redundant.
I'll definitely check out those resources, update the bullet points (take out the filler value-adds) and work on posting the updated version. Thank you so much for your time and for reviewing this for me!
PM, I can clean it up for you.
Add the transaction values to the buy-side deal sourcing you helped on to give scale to your bank's deals; try to add $#'s anywhere you can but in doing that, make sure your K for thousands and MM for millions is consisent throughout the resume; consistency is key and lack of it will sink you.
Thank you for the tips and critiques! I'll add in the deal sizes soon and I'll change the formatting to include K for thousands + MM for millions. I was trying to think of the best way to state deal sizes and thought that M meant thousands and MM meant millions (I know that a lot of banks do this) but I felt like it would've been confusing if people weren't accustomed to seeing this notation.
I'll fix up the details and post the fixed up version soon for more reviews. Thank you so much for your time and for your comments!
