Please Rank - RBC vs Wells Fargo vs Stifel

My friend is trying to decide between RBC, Wells Fargo and Stifel. Can you guys please rank them? All IB in NY generalist offers

I don't know enough about Wells Fargo and Stifel, but RBC is doing very well lately. 10th in the league tables last I checked
Wells is slightly ahead at 9th right now I think. I'd also imagine a good portion of RBC's dealflow is in Canada/UK whereas pretty much everything Wells does is in the US which is something to consider for a US-based position. League tables is definitely only one dimension to consider however.
Wells > RBC for NYC for sure. Idk enough to place Stifel.
Wells Fargo will be the best for deal experience as well as exit opportunities for private equity. RBC would be second and Stifel not far behind RBC - all 3 very good firms
Wells > RBC > Stifel.
Not sure how comparable to NY, but I've got a few friends at Wells IB Houston and their hours are great in comparison to the other two. Almost always have 2 if not three weekends a month.
