Got an offer in PV Lincoln but really want to to IB and have interned at a BB in IB. What steps do I take to get to IB from Lincoln or should I just keep recruiting for IB?

Considering PV valuation at Lincoln is mainly debt your options are probably limited to that
What do you mean by limited? What types of IB will be available do you think?
Lev Fin, DCM for IB, Private credit type roles because they value a lot of debt funds.
Also it depends on what type of valuation exp you get. If you’re valuing mezz/HY bonds you might get more exposure to the type of work in Levfin if you’re doing senior DCM would be more likely

85-90 base and 30-60% bonus
