Post baccalaureate courses for Columbia, Northwestern, Fordham

I’m thinking of taking some online post baccalaureate classes to help me land a job or improve my application for business school. My goal is to work for a bank as a salesman on a trading desk. I have no finance background so I’m hoping maybe a post baccalaureate certificate could help my chances of landing a job at a smaller firm or going to business school. The firm I am at now can also cover the cost. The best classes relating to finance are available at Columbia, Northwestern or Fordham and I think they are all online. Columbia has a course on enterprise risk management so not sure if that would be necessarily related to finance or sales and trading (which is where I want to be). Any advice on which classes would be best and most relatable? Would love to hear from people that maybe took the courses and how their experience was.
