Posted this in the PE thread already, but curious as to see if anyone has any insight into the Maranon Capital analyst/associate program, seems like a solid shop that invests throughout the whole capital structure (senior/mezz/equity). Currently a 1st year analyst in the LevFin group at a BB and seems like majority of associates and Vice Presidents are post IBD, while the analysts are recruited out of school? Wanted to see if anyone has any insight on reputation/culture/comp or recruiters they use. Thanks in advance to all!
