I am separating from a special operations role in the military next year. I have my MBA from a top 25 B School, but am struggling with the recruiting process as most banks are recruiting directly from 1st year MBAs into summer associate roles. Wondering if anyone has been in a similar boat and received an offer to start right after separation date. Would love any insights.

Fellow vet, I didn’t do what you did. From what I understand having an MBA outside of the M7 does make it much more difficult to recruit. I do remember here being roles through a Goldman program for vets getting out, also I know MS has something similar. However, I don’t think they guarantee IB.
