Postgrad FT recruiting
Recent 2026 nontarget graduate currently doing a summer analyst internship at small (10-man) boutique IB in CHI. Return offer is not guaranteed but on the table depending on deal flow.
If I don't get an RO is my stint in IB done w/o MBA or can I recruit again for FT roles as a nonstudent who isn't lateraling? If re-recruiting is a possibility, what shops should I target that are within reach?
