Pre-uni work experience
Hi, I'm currently in year 13 and I was wondering how important work experience before university is, and also how to obtain it. I have done work shadowing at an insurance firm and at an asset management firm both through family connections. I've also applied to the Rothschild work experience but everything else seems to be DEI only. Is this enough or will I be at a significant disadvantage for spring weeks.
