Preparation for FT IB at BB

What’s the best preparation before starting FT? Is it strictly mastering excel, PP etc, obviously having some industry competence/insight and showing enthusiasm/motivation?

What would you guys add?

Know most of the work is extremely basic in the beginning (excel, maybe some modeling etc.)

Would really appreciate some input.

Thanks a lot.
