One of the few very bright spots in terms of IB comp this year and for foreseeable future. PCA groups are crushing it relatively speaking and unlike practically every other sector or product group there is an utter dearth of talent with many banks actively looking to get into the space. GS and MS PCA misfires vs evr, jef, laz pjt success really proves its the team and not the brand or sponsor/coverage bankers that matter, which is unique relative to pretty much every product area on the street.
