Current incoming intern at UBS, considering trying to get placed into the Private Funds Group. I see that the group is highly ranked, and it seems like a strong place to be, especially since there’s a lot of skepticism about UBS Americas IB more broadly. What is life like in the group in terms of culture, hours, pay, exit opportunities, and risk of being replaced by AI?
