Project Finance model template

Anyone have a project finance model or template that I can see for practice for an interview? If its agriculture / farming project and development related, it would be great. However, any good project finance model / template would do.

Thanks for the help!

It's not much different than any other financial model - key is to derive the project CFs and then run debt capacity/schedule and equity/project IRR/NPV. Check out www.navigatorpf.com - they have excel tutorial files which should come in useful and are simplified version of what you would see in a full pf model.
