Promotion Probability
Just trying to get an idea of how often people are promoted in IB. Like how likely is it to move up the chain? Obviously, it's easier to reach the lower positions like associate than to reach VP but if you work for 5-10 years at an IB, is it reasonable to think that you can reach VP? Senior VP? Assuming you are perfectly capable, not the brightest, but competent. Thanks
