Protips for home operational efficiency at 8 am and 2 am to sleep more
Hey guys,
Do you have any tips regarding operational efficiency in the morning/after going back home at 2 am so that you can sleep at least these 6-7 hours? Of course, apart of doing all the laundries and ironing during the weekend, do you think that for instance, taking breakfast with you to work or something is helpful? I aim at leaving my home to go to the office after 20 minutes after wake-up etc. What's your average time, and how do you handle it to sleep more during 90-100h working weeks.
