PTO Policy
How is PTO treated at your banks? At mine (American balance sheet bank) PTO means you do not have “off” and must still be available to work. Being “protected” means you have off, we have 12 of those a year total, including federal holidays.
This has been a subtle shift but now senior bankers are exploiting it and PTO is just WFH. Is this the norm?
