I'm in PF and confirmed that there's been 0 news on any bumps. Even asked MD at bonus review and he said he hasn't heard anything about that. Really annoying. Looks like markets, DCM/ECM, CB, and S&T have all gotten raises with IB doubling up recently and still nothing on PF.

Like many analysts are finding out, a record year isn't translating to shit for junior bonuses. Almost certain my bonus scaled exactly as it would if we had a shit year instead of a record year in my team. Equally certain that Directors and MDs who have their comp more variable on performance did better for themselves. The money has to go somewhere.
