Punk in Drublic
Will a "Drunk in Public" on one's criminal record screw him/her over? Or just make him/her seem like a total badass? (VP: "The candidate's got a drunk in public." MD: "Duuuude, total frat move.")
Don't think so. When I was filing out applications, most said do not list convictions that were alcohol related (PI, MIP, etc...)
Obviously, a DWI would be a different story.
