Pushed timeline for Full time Opportunities
I am about to start my junior summer IB SA job, I have also noticed that some firms have already started their full time recruitment, maybe this has already been answered and I am in no way trying to start recruiting as I hope to stay at the firm I am going to work at, but how does one recruit for full time before even starting the SA position, ive seen Qatalyst do this and couple other firms. Additionally, isnt that a horrible look to have a full time job lined up before even completing a SA position.
Who else other than Qatalyst is recruiting for full-time? I believe all the other full-time recruiting happens during the week after your internship ends. First round phone interviews may happen while you’re still interning, but I think superdays happen after its over
