PWP Bonuses 2025
Is it true that bonuses came in lower than expected this year for associates and VP?
I am considering a lateral move, and I was initially drawn to the top of the street compensation.

What about VPs? I feel like PWP has been up there with CVP
Heard VP 1 (Director 1) is around 600k all in but not sure if top or mid
these numbers r lowkey crazy, makes PE seem less attractive lowkey…
Lol MFPE like Carlyle paying 290k-350k and their IB counterparts are at $400k

Heard from a close friend. Associates got 100-130% (mid-top) and also a base bump (AS3 now 250k)
