Seems completely subjective— I’ve advanced in some processes and been rejected from others, even though the same test results were used. I have no clue what exactly they look for.
When did you find out. I’ve heard a lot of back logging happens after hirevues?
Usually when I moved on it was because I had networked well and someone on the inside was pushing my resume along. So the turn around was quick. It's different at different companies. Best way to find out where you stand is to hop on a call with someone on the inside and just ask.
