Get into Berkley first. After that, you'll get by without SATs.

Don't bother with SATs by this point. Try Berkeley Thai House when you get there. The duck curry is exquisite.
I disagree.
SAT is really easy. I would commit 5-8 weeks to study it, and get at least a 2100 - 2300 score. In this economy, even a minute detail like that to stand out even a little would make a difference to help you get a first round interview.
You should also work on CFA Level 1, if you get it before your recruitment season for SA class, you will have a huge advantage + Berkeley.
