Q&A: Analyst at BB - India Coverage

Been seeing a lot of posts from people wanting to learn more about India Coverage banking.
I'm an Analyst in the India Front Office of a Global BB. Feel free to ask me anything.
Bit of background: have an MBA from an IIM, and CFA L2. Working at a "middle-office" for an EMEA coverage group prior to making the move.

Always wanted to know, do you execute the transactions (e.g. in m&a deal u build the models and run it) or is it handed off to m&a teams in say singapore? And whats your day to day work consist of? Thanks!
Any idea who is looking for pre-mba analysts or general analysts?
When you say india front office is it where other teams send you requests (for example, price update) or do you have Seniors that bring in deals?
How are you an analyst after getting an MBA? Also looking at league tables, India has next to zero deal flow in M&A. What do you guys actually do?
