Question about 401k, insurance, etc prior to FT

Hey guys,

so I am starting full time soon in a boutique.

I am gathering all my documents and figuring out what plan I should choose and it's pretty confusing, so i was wondering if anyone with experience can help.

Here is my situation with my 401k:

1. My employer does NOT match anything I put in
2. I plan to move to Asia in about 2-3 years, so I am fairly certain that I will not retire in the US.

In this case, should I even bother putting in anything with the 401K?

I am pretty new to this and was afraid that I miss anything important.
