Hey guys, just curious about bonuses at mm and boutique firms. One of the firms I interviewed with said they pay street-level bonuses and did so last year. This year, the bank did way better than last year, unlike most of the rest of the street. Will they still pay street-level bonuses or will they match last year's numbers?

i did, and i can see it going either way...
i can see them paying street bonuses because of overall macro uncertainty but i can also see them paying similar bonuses to last year to keep people happy.
