Question about current state of recruiting
Hi all, apologies for the late-night post—it's been a long week. I’m currently an associate (ignore title) at a BB in NYC and involved with my firm’s affinity recruiting initiatives. Recently, I’ve noticed several candidates from UNC listing "Diversity on Wall Street" on their resumes, but the participants don’t seem to reflect the diverse backgrounds the program name suggests.
Does anyone know more about this program and how it aligns with broader diversity goals? I’m genuinely curious if this is more of a misnomer or if there’s something about it, I’m missing.
Thanks in advance for any insights!
