Hi all, I'm a Canadian citizen studying at a US university. I've heard conflicting information on whether an IB analyst is a valid job for the TN visa, so I was wondering: when applying to internships, how should I respond to "do you now or in the future require sponsorship to work in the US?" To my understanding, the TN visa doesn't require sponsorship, but I'm not sure whether I can assume that I'll be able to obtain TN status.
