Idk about the rest, but I'm pretty sure you can google it. Everybody had to take TARP (or some form of stimulus) on Wall Street; to the extent of my knowledge.
As far as I know, most have returned TARP with interest.
And Dodd-Frank; although not yet implemented. Idk, I'm an idiot.
