Question regarding JPM Fresh/Sophomore program

I recently got invited for first round interviews for JPM's Freshmen/Sophomore program and would like to know the general structure if anyone had gone through it before. Generally speaking, my following questions are:

1.) Are the questions mostly fit or technical for the first rounds?
2.) About how many total freshmen / sophomore do they get in total?
3.) Are 1st round interviews (held on campus) conducted by HR or by analysts / associates?
4.) Does anyone have rough numbers as to how many progress on to the superday? Based on the interview slots I saw that there were about 11~12 slots of 30 minute intervals each for 1st rounds. Out of the 11-12 how many progress on to 2nd rounds in general?

I am also curious. There are a similar amount of spots at my school and I would assume they would not take more than 2, but don't know much else.

Also, I know the program is geared towards URM, but I received an interview as a non-URM. Does anyone know if they do take some non-URM people and how many they might take?

Interviewed last year, but did not get it. I got asked brain teasers (easy, mutiplication problems that requires you to calculate quick), behavorial, current events, and that's about it I think. I didn't get any accounting questions. Hope it helps.

No, it's for the JPM sophomore program. What the interviewer told me was that first you get through the interview and based on their observation, they will place you into one of the 3 line of businesses from fit
