I will be interning with the team next summer and was hoping to get some more color on what the culture and team looks like.

What are the general hours like?

Is the MBS or ABS business better/stronger?

What do typical exits look like? I don't want to pigeonhole myself into securitization forever so trying to keep broad exposure.

How open is the team to transferring internally? For example if I become more interested in other areas of S&T or banking/structuring, etc.

How do the MD's treat the juniors? How often are team socials/outings? How's junior culture?
