A financial advisor can give you custom tailored advice to your particular situation, a computer can only take a buy/sell order
Stockbrokers don't really exist anymore in the way that you're thinking, and there are additional and similar roles: FA, RR, etc
To become a broker, apply. You can also reach out to a company/group directly and ask them about working there
