Questions for People familiar with ECM

I've got a full time generalist offer at a mm and am most interested in ecm because I like the markets and love everyone on the team. Personally find modeling boring and have no desire to go into pe so exit opps aren't a huge concern. How easy it to lateral to a different bank in ecm? Should I try and cover specific verticals? Where do people in your group typically exit to? Do you wish you joined a different group or are you happy with ecm? Should I try and focus on spacs? Thanks!
