Not all banks have a designated Diversity Recruiter. I would reach out to both campus recruiting and the identified diversity recruiter in your communications with the firm you are applying to. The different sides of HR do coordinate if there are qualified candidates.
Have you contacted alums from your school as well?
What about reaching out to professional networks like NABA (National Association of Black Accountants) or ALPFA (Association of Latino Professionals in Finance and Accounting)?
That said, you should also be reaching out to the internal company networks that correspond to your background. For instance, Lehman Brothers has TLAC, The Latin America Council, and Credit Suisse has IMPACT (multicultural).
