So when I am reaching out to a boutique bank, do I cold email just one person at the boutique bank or can I do two or three? Is it okay to email other bankers at that same firm if I think the first cold emailed MD ghosted me? When does it count as "ghosted" where my email is ignored and buried under thousands of emails in the inbox?
