Incredibly smart group of guys. Structure is very unique as a true merchant bank but overall seems like a good place for juniors who want to see both IB and GE/VC investing during their stint. Don’t have info on comp. Could be wrong but I’d assume culture is good, I’ve seen tons of A2A
