Ramp up in IB
What does it really mean to ramp up? What do you learn that makes you so much faster at the job? How long does it take? On the desk for 2 months and still feel lost half the time. I can update graphs if I have the backup but can’t create pages from scratch. Feel like I’m falling behind.
Where to find things quickly in the folders, knowing what to do next automatically. Once you've done the same things a few times you get the hang of it probably takes 6 months to get the basics
