Raymond James Analyst Accepted
I graduated over a year ago and since then have been working at a financial advisory firm as well as passing the first CFA exam. After over a year and a half I decided it was finally time to try my luck, and sent out a few resumes to IB as an analyst. After three long weeks of phone interviews and emails, I finally got a long day interview with several higher ups and got a job offer. I am slightly nervous on what to expect since my previous firm was casual and laid back. Any advice from people who have worked at RJ before? I have read past threads and most are outdated for RJ, and I know that the culture is slightly different from BB banks, so I was just curious. Either way I am ready to begin, and I am really looking forward to it.
PS new to the community, but have been through a lot of threads, especially related to interview questions, which was a big help.
