Anyone know much about the above in terms of reputation, deal flow, perks, and exits? I understand there’s a NYC and Charlotte team. Any difference between the two? I assume one might be a specific sub industry.

I would say the Charlotte team is a lot more relaxed and maybe less competitive than the NYC team, just from what I've known. I used to think they had a Central Florida team too? I don't know any specifics about exits, but Charlotte is booming in the fintech and healthcare space recently. Might be a wise move.
I believe Charlotte is pharma and physician services. They also have offices in atlanta and Nashville.
Nashville is very active and where the team sat historically, most of the services team is still there. Good deal flow, they have built a solid middle market IB franchise in healthcare. Most of the team is new in last 18 months, including new head of HC
What about the NYC team?
