Saw that raymond james increased base pay to 105 for AN1. I believe it was 110 for AN2 and 125 for AN3. I also heard that the email stated that total compensation (salary+bonus) may be the same.
Would love to hear what this past years bonus and total comp was for Analysts. I dont understand why they would keep total comp the same when raising base.
