Have an interview for a RJ Industrials role coming up and am trying to gauge their reputation. I know real estate and tech do really well, but want to see if anyone has insight/worked with RJ. Overall Rep, Comp, Exit? The usual 9 yards...

From what I've heard they are trying to increase Industrial's share of IB revenues to ~25% of total and are making a lot of investments into the practice.
