Looking for insight into RBC's Lev Fin group. Culture, structure of the group (origination vs execution), size of the analyst class, hours, comp, exit ops to PE, etc....thanks in advance guys.

from an exit ops perspective, i'd have to say minimal. I don't know or havent seen many or any PE guys from RBC

A guy I know at RBC said they had a levfin analyst leave for KKR this year. May not be the norm but going on that it sounds like you'd be setting yourself up well
